remarkable i was on a very limited diet due to multiple food allergies, consequently, lost a lot of weight over a period of years down to 135 lbs. anyway i stumbled on to this website and ended up trying organic pastures skim milk which i now drink a lot of, i have put on 15 lbs in 2 weeks feel terrific and have no more digestion problems.
interested in other peoples experiences.
