I also drink Swampy's real milk - it is the best. I thought I had developed a lactose intolerance as every time I consumed supermarket milk I would feel sick afterwards - not with Swampy's - I can drink as much as I like and feel great afterwards. God knows what they do to the milk before we purchase it at the supermarket. There should be more Swampy's around to keep us healthy.
